An internet outage does not stop sales
Till sales can continue even when the connection drops. As soon as it is restored, the data synchronises by itself in the background. Staff do not have to close the till because of a short outage and wait for the internet to come back.
You adapt the screen to your product range
Best-selling goods and services can be placed on quick tiles and quick codes right on the main screen, so they are one click away. For items that are easily confused, a photo of the product shown directly on the till display helps.
The interface can be switched between light and dark mode to suit the shop environment and staff preferences, so it stays readable even where the shop window is brightly lit.
What really happens at the till
A receipt in progress can be parked and picked up again later, for example when the customer pops off to fetch more goods. The till supports voiding items, returns and printing gift receipts without prices. Customers can pay in Czech crowns or euros, by card, with a gift voucher or with a combination of several payment methods on one receipt.
Once a customer card is scanned, individual discounts, promotional prices or loyalty points can be applied automatically. For bundled goods and gift packs, the system can automatically write off the related materials. At the same time, staff can see straight from the till whether goods are available at other branches or in the central warehouse.
The devices do the counting for your staff
The payment terminal is connected directly, so the amount is not re-typed by hand and there are fewer chances for a typo. The scale reads the weight by itself, and the cash recycler automates taking cash and giving change. For foreign customers, VAT refunds through Global Blue and Planet Tax Free are ready to use.
The Netrex camera system lets you match till transactions with video footage, so you have an overview of what happens at the till. Customer counters add data on footfall and how busy the shop is, which can be used to plan shifts.

Staff training
Staff practise everyday situations at the till: a sale, a parked receipt, a void, a return, a loyalty card and different payment methods.
Live operation
After testing, we put the tills into everyday operation and provide support with any operational requests, because things come up at the till that never happen during testing.

All questions and answersYes. Once the customer is identified or their loyalty card is scanned, WinShop can automatically apply individual prices, discounts, special offers or loyalty points according to the rules you set, so nothing is calculated on the side.
Yes. WinShop Till supports sales in both Czech crowns and euros and also lets you combine several payment methods on one receipt, for example cash, card or a gift voucher.
The time depends on the number of tills and shops, the data transfer, the integrations needed and the hardware. A simpler operation is rolled out faster; for a chain of shops a configuration is usually prepared and verified first and then extended to the other tills.
