One stock level for the online shop and the physical shop
eWinShop is linked directly to the WinShop warehouse and POS system. Products, prices and stock are synchronised automatically between the systems, so the same data does not have to be maintained separately for the online shop and the physical shops.
A sale at the till is also reflected in online availability, and orders from the online shop in turn enter the shared sales process. Up-to-date stock data thus greatly reduces the risk of orders for goods that are no longer available.
A newsletter linked to the product catalogue
You create the newsletter in a drag-and-drop block editor, and products can be inserted straight from the catalogue. Prices and other product details do not have to be entered by hand again for every campaign.
For campaigns sent, you can track opens and click-throughs. A smart sending feature also lets you leave out of further mailings customers who have already bought on the back of a previous campaign: another discount for someone who placed an order last week is the quickest route to an unsubscribe.
Keep the platform you have
If you already use Shoptet or Shopify, you do not need to build a new online shop for WinShop. Ready-made integration bridges are available for both platforms, synchronising products, prices and stock.
Other online shop solutions can be connected through an API, depending on their technical capabilities. You can keep the customer-facing part of the online shop you already use and connect it to WinShop's warehouse and sales processes.
