WinShop's key functions in the browser
CLOUD is a fully responsive web application provided as a service: you handle goods receipts, invoicing, orders, the product catalogue, customers and stock levels from the browser, with no installation and regardless of the device you are working on.
The application is responsive and independent of the operating system. You can reach your sales data from a computer, tablet or phone, wherever you happen to be working.
A dashboard instead of searching through reports
The Dashboard module offers more than thirty views of current sales results. You can track, for example, the value of orders, till sales or wholesale turnover without having to prepare a separate report each time.
Trend analyses compare current results with previous periods and help you follow not only the current state but also how individual indicators develop over time.
We add your own metrics to the Dashboard
If you use your own KPIs and performance indicators, the Dashboard can also be extended with metrics specific to your operation. The overviews can then match the way you actually manage and evaluate the company's performance.

Three steps from user access to your own dashboard
Setting up access
We set up access according to the people and roles who will work with WinShop CLOUD. The number of accesses thus matches actual use of the service, and no accounts are created in advance just in case.
Connection to WinShop
We connect WinShop CLOUD to the WinShop SQL production data via API so that the web application works with current sales and stock information.
Building the Dashboard
From the available views we choose the indicators relevant to your operation and, if needed, add your own metrics and KPIs to the Dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
All questions and answersNo. WinShop CLOUD brings WinShop's key sales, stock and analytics functions to the web browser, but it is not automatically a replacement for every function of the desktop WinShop SQL. Till operations and the full back office remain in the system, and the exact scope depends on the business functions you need to use.
The time depends mainly on your current WinShop environment, the access required and the scope of the Dashboard. If you already use WinShop SQL and the necessary data is ready, it is a much simpler rollout than implementing a whole new point-of-sale and warehouse system.
