Licence and rollout. The price is put together according to the scope of the solution, the number of stores and warehouses and the modules needed. Electronic shelf labels, PDA terminals and other hardware are supplied to suit the specific operation and purchased separately.
Set prices and promotions once
You set price levels, individual and customer price lists, time-limited promotions and discount schemes centrally. The changes are then pushed to the tills and supported electronic shelf labels of the individual stores, so nobody has to drive round the stores with a spreadsheet.
You no longer have to manage the product range and pricing separately at each branch.
Goods receipt, from manual to EDI
You receive goods into stock with quick manual receiving or fully automatically via EDI and electronic delivery notes. The system monitors stock locations, optimum stock levels and reservations, so you have up-to-date information for replenishment and ordering.
Receiving checks, order fulfilment, transfers between warehouses, label printing and other warehouse operations can also be handled in one place.
A stock count that does not close the shop
WinShop supports both full and rolling stock counts without having to stop normal store operation. Portable PDA terminals speed up scanning of items and reduce manual recording of results.
Figures you can rely on
In one place you can follow sales, current stock levels, margins and stock turnover across your outlets. Printed reports and pivot tables are available, and data can also be exported to Microsoft Power BI for further analysis.
Head office does not have to stay in the office
The WinShop CLOUD web application adds a browser interface to head office. It works with WinShop's production data through an API, so a sales representative can enter an order on the spot at the customer's and management can see the financial results while travelling.
The same interface is used to administer and fulfil online orders from eWinShop, so the stores, central warehouses, the online shop and people in the field all work on connected sales and warehouse data.

Unifying master data
We prepare item records, categories, price lists and other necessary data from the individual outlets for shared central management.
Setting up rights
We set up roles and permissions according to who can create items, change prices, work with the warehouse or only sell. The scope of access stops being an informal arrangement in the store.
Connecting the branches
We connect the individual stores to central management of products, warehouses and price lists and set up the data exchange needed with tills and other devices.
Reporting
We prepare the reports and overviews you need and, if required, set up data export to Power BI for your own further reporting.
