Element WMS
We manage the movement of goods in the warehouse from receiving to dispatch. The system guides the warehouse worker to the location from a mobile terminal, so you know where every item is.

Digitalisation and tracking
- Who it is for
Operational, logistics, production and freight-forwarding warehouses, from the point where several people work them in shifts and relying on who put what where is no longer enough.
- Where it runs
In the cloud, on your own server and in a mobile app
- How it is paid for
Based on project scope. The price depends on the scope: how many warehouses and locations are addressed, which operations are switched on, how many terminals and printers are rolled out and what needs to be connected or customised. It is quoted after a consultation on your operation and a draft specification.
An addressed warehouse, not a pile of racks
Every location in the warehouse has its own address and the system guides staff to it. Goods received go to a recommended place, and picking follows a route and FIFO or FEFO rules, so whatever expires first is issued first.
For each location you record not only occupancy but also its parameters: load capacity, volume and dimensions. The system can then suggest a place where the goods will actually fit.
Receiving, issuing, repacking
Operations can also run in several steps, depending on what the operation needs: receiving goes through inspection and repacking, issuing through order assembly and dispatch. Documents are transferred straight to the terminal, and labels and delivery notes are printed where they are created.
The inbound calendar holds time slots for suppliers, so the loading dock is not blocked by three lorries at once.
A work queue you control
Warehouse staff work from a task queue. The manager can see it and change priorities during operation, so an urgent shipment moves up without anyone walking round the warehouse.
Stock counts during operation
You can start a stock count for the whole warehouse, one row of racks or selected goods, even during normal operation. The system immediately shows the differences from the records.
Batches, expiry dates and serial numbers are tracked for the goods, so finding a specific item is not detective work.
Built on the Element platform
The warehouse runs on our own Element platform, so it has a REST API for connecting to ERP, the online shop and carriers (including printing shipping labels) and grows with you module by module.
How we get it running for you
Four steps from a consultation on your operation to go-live
Consultation on your operation
We go through how goods move through your warehouse today and what is recorded there. That shows what the core covers and what is specific to you.
Addressing design and specification
We design the location addressing and describe the scope: which operations, which printers and terminals, and what needs to be connected.
Development with checkpoints
We roll out in parts and show them as we go. You review each finished part on your own data before we move on to the next.
Go-live and further development
First a pilot in part of the warehouse, then the switch-over of the whole. After that, service and adjustments as your operation changes.
What you get
Fewer mix-ups and a shorter path from order to dispatch
Locations planned by rack parameters, work from a terminal or a computer, and carriers in the same application.
Fewer mix-ups and less searching
Staff are guided to the location and a barcode scan confirms they have taken the right item. A mistake is spotted on the spot.
Faster order handling
The picking route and the work queue shorten the time from order to dispatch, because nobody walks twice for the same thing.
Locations used according to their parameters
The load capacity, volume and dimensions of each rack are in the system, so space is planned according to what it can hold.
From a terminal or a computer
It is a web application. The warehouse worker has it on a mobile terminal or PDA, the manager in a browser on a computer, and nothing is installed on the devices.
Connection to accounting and the online shop
The warehouse exchanges stock, documents and orders with the systems you already use through an open interface.
Communication with carriers
Booking collections and printing shipping labels are part of dispatch, in the same application.
Integrace
Integration with your systems
Accounting systems
Exchange of stock and documents with accounting.
Online shops
Exchange of orders and stock with the online shop.
Carriers
Booking collections and printing shipping labels.
REST API
Connection to any system with a suitable API.
Frequently asked questions
All questions and answersNo. If your system has a suitable API, the warehouse connects via REST API; for other systems the method of connection is chosen according to their technical capabilities. The ERP keeps what it holds today: documents, prices, business partners.
Yes. The warehouse worker fills nothing in: the terminal guides them to the location and a barcode scan confirms they have taken the right item. Basic training for a warehouse worker usually takes one shift; managers and special processes are trained according to scope.
It depends on whether a warehouse set up from a ready-made template is enough for you, or you need a warehouse designed around your own operation. Krabicovka is pre-configured: in its basic form you can launch it within hours, and a premium module adds the connection to ERP, the online shop or carriers. We design Element WMS around your warehouse, from location addressing through multi-step receiving and issuing and an inbound calendar to connections with the surrounding systems, and we roll it out in parts with a pilot in part of the warehouse. It suits warehouses worked by several people in shifts whose processes do not fit a ready-made template.
No. You start a stock count for part of the warehouse during normal operation and the system immediately shows the differences from the records.
Operational, logistics, production and freight-forwarding warehouses. They differ in which operations you switch on and how locations are addressed; the system is the same every time.
