Assets, stock and consumables in one register
The application keeps stock cards, item properties and branch definitions, i.e. the individual warehouses. You work in it with quantities as well as individual pieces, and you create new cards directly in the application.
The records thus cover three things that are usually each kept somewhere else: company assets, stock of goods and consumables.
Full and rolling stocktaking
Full stocktaking goes through the whole warehouse at once. Rolling stocktaking runs alongside operations, so work does not have to stop for it, and the system distinguishes between processed and unprocessed items.
The result can be exported to the system in which you continue working with the figures.
Data collection on a mobile, not on paper
Stocktaking is done on a mobile device right where the assets or goods are located. Parameters are scanned, so nobody retypes them by hand and the records are filled in on the spot.
