One pass through the gate instead of three tasks
With eSCAN, a shipment passes through the scanning gate in a single pass. The system evaluates the image itself, captures photo documentation, measures the dimensions and weight and pairs everything with the order.
Manual measuring, weighing and photographing, by contrast, cause delays and leave room for errors that only show up in a claim. On top of that, each shipment passes through the hands of several people before it reaches the records.
The basis for a claim is created on receipt
Photo documentation of the shipment's condition is available at the moment of receipt and serves as the basis for assessing a claim.
