One set of records
From costing to the booked piece
Costing helps set the price of an order using production and financial data, so the margin is watched in advance. The order can then be tracked from receipt through production to completion, including the deadline, work in progress and actual costs.
Operators book completed operations, finished pieces and scrap directly on the shop floor. Current production data thus reaches the system without waiting for manual processing afterwards.
Planning works with production data, capacities and deadlines and helps draw up the production schedule and adjust it as you go.

SensorX collects the machine data
Automatic data capture can be extended with SensorX, a separate NEXTERA tech solution for collecting information directly from machines and equipment. Data on their running, downtime and output then does not have to come only from operators entering it by hand.
Depending on the deployment, it can monitor, for example, voltage, current, temperature, vibration, motion, humidity or weight. anyCore can then also use objectively measured equipment data when evaluating production.
Reporting for the director and the foreman alike
OEE tracks availability, performance and quality and lets you compare workstations, machines or shifts. Other reports show order progress, costs, revenue and margins.
Dashboards show current data, and automatic alerts flag defined deviations or exceeded limits without anyone having to check reports by hand. The change history remains traceable, and data can be exported to other tools and systems.
Pneuform Hulín
The whole production process in one system
NEXTERA tech supplied Pneuform Hulín with a system covering production from costing and planning through orders to invoicing. Data and processes were brought together in one environment.

How we get it running for you
Five steps from analysis to live operation
Business analysis
We go through your production processes, the systems you use and the places where losses occur or data is missing. We select the modules and set the scope and order of the rollout.
Quick pilot
We first verify anyCore on a selected part of your operation. This lets you try the system in real production without having to change the whole plant at once.
Data migration
We transfer the data you need, for example products, bills of materials, routings or business partners, from the systems you use today.
Go-live
Once the pilot has been verified, we put the agreed scope of the system into live operation, together with the linked production processes.
Support and development
After go-live we continue to support the system and can gradually add further modules, integrations or functions as your production changes.
What you get
Start with a pilot and pay only for the modules you roll out
Rollout in stages, a continuous overview of production, and work from a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Rollout within weeks
You start with a pilot at one workstation, and production does not stop.
From one line to the whole plant
You extend the system to further workstations only when it makes sense.
AI shows the bottlenecks
Predictive analytics finds delays and suggests where to start.
An overview without waiting for a report
You see orders, machines and costs as you go, not only at the end of the month.
Computer, tablet and mobile
The foreman on the shop floor and the director in the office work with the same data.
You pay only for what you use
You start with selected modules and add more as needed.
Integrace
Integration with your systems
anyCore sits in the middle. It takes data from the machines, passes it to the ERP and opens it up to other tools.
SensorX
Data capture directly from machines and equipment.
ERP
Two-way connection to your business system.
OpenAPI
Your own integrations on an open interface.
100+ connectors
Ready-made connections to commonly used tools.
Frequently asked questions
All questions and answersYes. anyCore is designed to connect with other company systems. More than a hundred available connectors to accounting systems, ERPs, online shops and banks can be used, and if yours is not among them, it connects through OpenAPI according to what your system allows and the scope of data exchange you need.
No. The implementation can start with a pilot on a selected part of the operation, and the system can then be extended. There is no need to stop the whole plant for the first go-live.
No. anyCore consists of 31 separate modules for manufacturing, sales and reporting. You can choose only the functions you need now and add other parts of the system later.
anyCore has a responsive web interface, so depending on the task it can be used from a computer, tablet or mobile device. The foreman on the shop floor and the manager in the office look at the same figures.
A standard implementation can take a matter of weeks. The actual schedule depends on the number of modules, the scope of the data migration, the integrations and your specific production processes. The rollout can be split into stages, starting with a pilot on a selected part of the operation.
