WinShop can be extended step by step with further modules, specialised features and integrations without having to replace the whole system. You choose only the extensions your particular operations will actually use.
Advanced stock and product records support, for example, product variants, serial numbers and batches, multiple warehouses, and issues and transfers between them. The exact configuration can be adapted to your range and the way you work with it.
An assistant that knows the stock by heart
WinShop Asistent brings key information straight to the sales floor. After scanning a code, staff can see product availability at individual branches, delivery dates, related products and alternative variants without having to go back to a computer.
Right in the app they can create an online reservation or pass goods to the till as a parked receipt. Once the customer is identified, staff can check their account balance, loyalty points and purchase history, or register a complaint.
Combined with a portable printer, the app can also print product labels, shelf labels or promotional price tags.
It connects to what runs in your company
The REST API lets you connect WinShop SQL to other applications, for example CRM, a B2B portal, a warehouse system, analytics tools or an online shop. Changes to prices, stock levels, orders and other data can be passed between systems continuously in real time, depending on what the particular integration allows, instead of batch synchronisation once an hour.
Webhooks reverse the direction. As soon as an event occurs in WinShop, such as an invoice being issued or an order status changing, the system sends the data to a specified URL. The downstream service can then use it to send the customer a text message, create a notification in Slack or Teams, or pass an instruction to the carrier.
What has already been built to order
Extensions already delivered include, for example, integration of the POS system with payment terminals from various providers, ready-made connectors for Shoptet and Shopify online shops, and an accounting data bridge that automatically passes sales documents from WinShop to the accounting system.
