Product sheet- What it is for
Service and installation job management · Field service management
- Who it is for
Service and installation companies that schedule the work of field technicians, from heat pumps, air conditioning and photovoltaics to compressors and catering equipment, through to medical or lifting equipment.
- Where it runs
In the cloud, in a web browser and in a mobile app
- How it is paid for
Subscription for use. The Standard plan costs CZK 690 per user per month with annual payment, or CZK 780 with monthly billing, both excluding VAT. The number of customers, jobs and devices is unlimited, and one hundred text messages a month are included for each account, not each user. For larger operations there is the Enterprise plan with a data warehouse, a customer portal, a test environment and priority technical support.
Dispatch sees every call-out on one board
The planning board brings jobs, technicians and call-outs together in one overview and can also show the work on a map. For customers and their devices it also keeps the history of installations, servicing, repairs and inspections, so the dispatcher has the information needed for scheduling at hand.
mWork365 also tracks the dates of regular servicing, checks and inspections and flags upcoming tasks. You can therefore schedule the next service job before the customer gets in touch.
The technician brings back no paper
In the mobile app, technicians have their jobs, customer information, the device and its service history. Right on site they fill in a digital form or report, add photos and have the customer sign the document on the screen.
They record work, materials used and mileage directly against the job. The basis for invoicing is therefore ready before the technician is back in the office, and the finished report can be emailed to the customer automatically. The app itself does not issue invoices; it passes the data on to the accounting system it is connected to.
Customers know where they stand
Customers can submit a service request through a web form directly into mWork365. Email and text message notifications can automatically inform them when an appointment is confirmed, remind them of a visit or tell them a job is complete, so dispatch spends less time confirming and reminding by hand.
For companies that want to offer customers self-service, there is a customer portal. There customers can follow their requests and jobs and their service history, or download stored reports.
It connects to what the company already works with
mWork365 can be connected to ERP and financial systems, CRM, invoicing tools and other company applications. Completed ERP integrations include, for example, Helios Inuvio, Money S5, ABRA Flexi, Premier ERP and Vision ERP; CRM integrations include Raynet, eWay-CRM, HubSpot and Pipedrive; and invoicing tools include iDoklad, Fakturoid and Caflou. Calendars and email are handled by Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Further automation can be built with Make.com or the open REST API. mWork365 can thus pick up a deal from the CRM, pass data to accounting or create jobs automatically, without needless manual retyping.

Each account has one hundred text messages a month free of charge as part of the standard subscription.
