Subscription for use. The price list is public: the BUSINESS plan costs CZK 1,990 per month excluding VAT, or CZK 1,791 per month when paid annually, and you can get your money back within 30 days of payment. You pay per account, not per user. The START trial plan has limited capacity and cannot export documents for the tax office; above BUSINESS there is also ENTERPRISE for larger operations, priced individually.
Quote, job, invoice: one path with no re-typing
You build a quote from saved items and contacts and send it to the customer as a PDF straight from the system. Flou can record when it is opened, and next time a similar quote is easy to duplicate.
From an approved quote you create a job without entering the same details again, and from the job you prepare an invoice with one click. Tasks and work reports can also be kept for a specific job, or a handover report created as a PDF.
The system watches due dates, not you
Flou flags quotes that have had no response, tracks invoice due dates and, depending on your settings, sends reminders automatically. Once payment is received it can also send the customer an automatic thank-you.
Recurring invoices can be created automatically and payments received matched with the bank. Fewer routine steps are left to handle by hand.
Time worked is measured right at the job
You can start a timer directly in Flou and record time worked as you go. Time reports can then be filtered by employee, job or duration and supplemented with your own note.
The calendar shows the time reports and tasks of individual users and also lets you work with attendance overviews.
Rights by role and privacy mode
Access permissions can be set by user role. A temporary worker can see only the jobs they need or the address book, while other employees get access to invoicing or other parts of the system.
Privacy mode hides sensitive details, such as purchase prices or profit, with one click. It is useful when you go through a quote or job together with a customer at the screen.

Invoices with a QR code
The PDF invoice contains the required details, including a QR code for payment. The customer can load the payment details into their mobile banking without typing them in.
An overview of income and costs
Besides invoices, Flou also records advance invoices, credit notes, payments received, costs, cash and other internal documents. Information about a job and its finances is all in one place.

All questions and answersNo. Flou is paid for per account, and additional users can be invited to the same account at no separate charge. Access rights can be set for each user according to which parts of the system they work with.
Yes. One Flou account supports two business entities with a shared address book, catalogue and statistics. This is useful, for example, if you trade both as a sole trader (OSVČ) and as a limited company (s.r.o.), or when two business owners work together and want to share contacts and data. A quote can be moved between the entities, so it does not have to be written again.
Not necessarily. Access rights can be set by role and by user. Flou also has a privacy mode that hides sensitive details, such as purchase prices or profit, when you work at the screen with someone.
The START trial plan has storage limited to 100 MB and does not allow documents to be exported for the tax office. The BUSINESS plan has 5 GB and adds exports, imports and connections to third-party systems.
